The training programs include: |
- Visualize the dynamic and thermal effects of a court-circuit current.
- Damage of a live wire cable.
- Opening of an aerial isolator on load.
- Fall of a conductor to the ground, danger of electrocution.
- Sliding arc on a medium voltage line.
- Unsuited grounding of an airline.
- Circumvention of an insulator string.
- Tests in relation to the railway network:
• short-circuit on section insulation • defective ground rod • track not well splinted • track not splinted.

Technical characteristics of the tests: |
- Low voltage (400V) current: 10 to 25 kA, 0.3 to 1 second
- Middle voltage (5 - 15 kV) short-circuit current: 3 to 8 kA, 0.3 to 1 second
